Awesome experience all-round. Walked in looking to purchase my first bike to satisfy my later mid life crisis. Tyler and Bret guided me away from my preconceived ideas of what was best and put me on the right bike. They were interested in my background, hobbies and experience and used the conversation to develop a picture that guided us to a better decision. One of if not the best purchase experiences ever. I was made to feel totally welcome, never looked down upon as a "newbie" and dealt with complete consideration. The pricing was very very fair also. I left the store feeling like I had just made 3/4 new friends.

Coyote Powersports is awesome! Very had to find a dealership to work on SeaDoo boat, but they came through for me. Service Manager, Rocky took excellent care of me and did a wonderful job of servicing the boat. The boat is running as great as it did the day I bought it. I have been trying to purchase a new bike for the past year and have come up short every time due to lack of customer service. For a last ditch effort I decided to look into Coyote Power Sports and I am extremely glad I did. From the start I have been more than impressed with the service they provide. From Carlos contacting me about my inquiry and working with me to find the bike I was interested in (Yamaha FZ-07) all the way to the owner, Jerry, stopping by just to say hi and introduce himself made me feel like I was appreciated whether or not I purchased the bike. This company supports our troops and have extreme respect for those who have served or are still currently serving and are willing to do what they can to meet your demands (they have veterans as employees which is plus in my eyes). Absolutely the best dealership experience ever , bar none. I have bought and owned many bikes over 35 years of riding . Everything from dirt bikes to sport bikes to cruisers to big touring bikes. I have used many dealers and bought from different parts of the country when I lived there at times.Found a good price for the bike I was looking for online and called to confirm. I live several hundred miles away and needed the process to be secure easy and reliable. Troy and Yamaha Fun Center was and is superb. Price was excellent and I knew the products I was buying were good ......but the folks at the dealership make sure its a professional , fun experience getting a bike. Troy is a man of his word and came through on everything I have asked of him.I have bought two now and it has been superb . They have made it quick and trouble free , helped me with accessories at good prices , and helped loading the bike. Troy helped get me BETTER insurance rates on my bike than my agent of 20 years ! He knows this area and he knows motorcycles and the business. He hires friendly knowledgable folks....everyone at the dealer went out of their way to make me feel at home.Troy always takes good care of me on the phone of when I have been there and I highly recommend this dealer, you wont be disappointed. I was on a Nov ride from Louisiana and needed a part for my Vstrom 650. In the 1st minute of the call they assured me they would get me fixed up, which they did. Perfect service and all nice people. By the way, this was after the Kerrville shop (owner) would not do the same thing for me. So go to Boerne if you can. I can't believe you won't be satisfied.

For over a year, my husband and I sought out many different motorcycle options to perfectly accommodate the wants of our family. After a long and tedious search we discovered the Can-Am Spyder. With the want to have a sporty bike with touring capabilities we were pleased to find the Can-Am Spyder ST model. Again, after researching this model we came to the conclusion we wanted the Spyder ST Limited SE5 with the semi automatic transmission in Cognac. We were then surprised to find there are no Can-Am Spyder dealers in our area, here in beautiful Corpus Christi. As a result we reached out to other dealers located in the San Antonio and Austin area. On more than one occasion we partook on a road trip to visit each dealer to see where we would stand on the ability to purchase our desired model; especially because of the constant run-around we received over the phone. Along our journey we discovered some dealers were helpful, but tried to sway our minds towards the larger RT models while others did not care to help at all if they did not currently have what we were requesting. None the less each trip ended in disappointment from every dealer encountered. In August we decided to reach out to other dealers again in hopes we could find our bike. In Georgetown we located a dealer who was willing to sell us a white 2013 Can-Am Spyder ST Limited SE5 for $26,000.00. The associate we spoke with was adamant this was the last one available in the area and greedily pushed for us to put money down to secure the bike. Finding the associates rushed demeanor to be a bit on the mischievous side as illustrated by my husband whom is a police officer, we then turned to other options. Still with no luck, we referred to the can-am.brp.com website where we found a dealer we had not yet dealt with. The name was Coyote Power Sports in Boerne, Tx. Leaving my husband out of the conversations with the Coyote Power Sports manager; as he was already fed up with the constant lies and deceptions provided by everyone else, I was astonished and relieved to find them easy to deal with. I found myself speaking with Troy, the manager/owner of the business, who advised he actually had the exact model we were looking for. Trying not to get too excited in case I was blindsided by some exuberant cost or shifty deal much like before, I remained calm and carried on. Surprisingly when quoted a cost for the exact 2014 model we had been searching for with tax included, it came out just about $3000.00 cheaper than the dealer who wanted to sell us a 2013 model. Upon informing my husband, he was initially a bit stand offish as he waited for the catch phrase to come. I told him what all had transpired in our conversations and told him it couldn't hurt. We then set the wheels in motion as we headed to the bank to obtain the loan, the insurance to procure the full coverage and the nearest U-Haul to get a trailer. We then headed to Boerne, Tx while remaining in constant contact with Troy who kept his family like demeanor. We were even advised if we were to get to Boerne after Coyote Power Sport's closing time, they would remain on scene until our arrival. Once at Coyote Power Sports we were introduced to the entire staff by Troy. We then got to see our new bike and finalized the paperwork. Both my husband and I were amazed by each individuals showmanship and how much we felt like we have known each and every one of them for a while. Initially thinking we just pick up the motorcycle, load it on the trailer and leave, we were surprised and pleased when Troy advised they have to give us a full overview of all controls as well as maintenance duties. We were then introduced to Rocky our own personal technician for our bike every time we come back for servicing. Rocky was very knowledgeable and took his time to help us get it all down. We then headed back inside where we purchased helmets and had some good laughs with the staff. Once back in Corpus Christi, although happy to be home, we found ourselves overall overjoyed by the experience we received at Coyote Power Sports. There, they actually do make you feel like family never giving you a run-around and always remaining professional. In the future for all of our motorcycle needs we plan to return to Coyote Power Sports and look forward to catch up with our new extended family. As for our 2014 Can-Am Spyder ST Limited SE5, my husband and I never want to get off of it. We regularly receive questions about what is that, that bike is awesome or our favorite where do I get one and we always say go to Coyote Power Sports in Boerne, Tx.

I had a great experience with the service department.

They did a great job repairing my 2003 Yamaha Vstar 1100.

Two other dealers told me that the way this bike ran was normal( back firing and popping on deceleration).

They fixed it right and it runs like a new one.

Rocky, the service manager, even stayed after closing to explain the operation of the See Doo we purchased. I have been in the retail business for 31 years so I know a little about customer service.
